Tour Description

How fascinating and easy it is to be away from a town and walk immediately into deep valleys, along rivers and springs, and go local! Every Tuesday is a hiking day at Mountains And Seas where you explore local gems, enjoy friendship and tranquility. Well, you do bring an end to your unsolved problems in mind as you walk, too:) Each week, we'll be walking on a different route that will take us to one of our local gems, mostly on the ECO Trails, rated easy, moderate or difficult. Sections of the Lycian Way, the Carian Trail and Fethiye's hiking routes near Dalyan are also on our list. You may find the details specific to each walk on our front page or on our facebook page as event announcement. Are you in Dalyan during most of the year and would like to attend walks regularly? Then, you may consider joining our Tuesday Hiking Club for lower rates; just write to us!   ITINERARY (subject to change per walk): 09:30 meeting at Mountains And Seas Office in Dalyan Transfer to start point 10:30 - 12:30 hike 12:30 - 13:00 lunch 13:00 - 15:00 hike 15:30 - 16:00 back in Dalyan ROUTE:  mostly on path, sometimes on forest roads. RATING:  easy, moderate or difficult PRICE:  22 GBP pp; includes picnic lunch, transfers, insurance and guidance. Payable on the day, cash in GBP, EUR, or TL. (10 GBP additional charge per person if boat transfer is used or lunch is in a restaurant or village house). WHAT TO BRING:  minimum 1.5lt water, hat, hiking shoes or similar, hiking poles if you have, rain coat (in winter), change clothes, money for expenses, all in a small backpack. IMPORTANT! Full fees apply in case of no-show or if customer cancels on the tour day. Those who are with severe health issues are unfortunately not allowed to attend.
