PROGRAM DAY 1: Arrival, transfer to Dalyan and check-in. DAY 2: Sea Kayaking Köyceğiz Lake or Aşı beach DAY 3: Hiking or Hike&Swim around Dalyan. Transfer and late check-in at PADOK hotel in Gökova. DAY 4: Horse riding and Equine program, Boat trip. DAY 5: Gardening activity, Free time. DAY 6: Departure. PRICE: 575 GBP per person (June through September) 515 GBP per person (April, May, October) INCLUDES: 5-night accommodation in shared rooms (2 nights B&B in Dalyan at Aydos Club Hotel or Dalyan Resort, based on availability, and 3 nights HB at Padok Premium Hotel & Stables in Gökova), 5 tours (1 sea kayaking, 1 hiking or hike & swim tour, 1 horse riding and equine tour, 1 garden activity, 1 boat tour) 5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners, airport and tour transfers, insurance, guidance. EXCLUDES: Single suppl. (190 GBP June through September; 150 GBP April, May, October), lunch on day 1, lunch and dinner on day 6, all drinks, entrance fees, tips. PAYMENT: Tour price is paid cash in GBP or TL equivalent, or wire transfer to Mountains And Seas account. 50% of the total tour price must be paid as deposit at the time of reservation and at the latest 21 days prior to tour start date; the remaining balance must be paid at the latest 8 days prior to tour start date. PARTICIPANTS: Min. 2 participants are required; max. group size is 8. HEALTH & SAFETY: Those who are with severe health issues are unfortunately not allowed to attend. A tour and safety briefing is given at the beginning of each tour. At the end of the briefing, each participant must sign the tour and safety form, which asks for participant’s name, accommodation name, health status and signature. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Suitable for 16-65 years old for sea kayaking and hiking; 8-15 years old are allowed with a parent/relative based on pyhsical capability and guide's approval. WHAT TO BRING: Minimum 1,5 lt water per activity, hat, suncream, sunglasses, water shoes or slippers or similar for sea kayaking, hiking shoes or sports shoes for hiking, swim wear and towel, spare clothes, sense of humour:) CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: a) Itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, group performance and preferences. b) Tour can be cancelled by the participant with the following refunds from the total tour price: - 21-15 days or more prior to tour start date with 75% refund; - 14-8 days prior to tour start date with 50% refund; - 7 days or less prior to tour start date with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

For all package tours, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due at the latest 8 days prior to tour start date, both to be paid via bank transfer or in cash. Please contact us for our bank details. To cancel or reschedule your package tour, please contact us at least 30 days before tour start date. We'll do our best to help you out.
